Using budgets
Budgets can be assigned in the IQ4docs system and a reaction can be output when the budget is used up (user's account balance is 0 or negative). Budgets can also be credited at regular intervals using automatic budgeting.

Use Automatic Budgeting to post an amount to a user account. These can be executed automatically or used for manual postings, see Budget Automation.
To post to a single user account, use Manual Credit Postings, see Manual Budgeting.
