Address Books

Address books simplify the selection of numbers or addresses that are already stored in a central location. Addresses can be read from different sources. The addresses of all address books created in IQ4docs are displayed in the user's address book (e.g. on the device).

In addition to addresses read from external sources, address books can also be created in IQ4docs. A central address book can be created by the administrator in the WebAdmin. It is also possible for each user to create their own address book and manage it in the WebClient. Furthermore, it is possible to display address books on certain devices only.

All address book types and sources can be used simultaneously.
