Supported printer drivers

The data streams of the following printer drivers are fully recognized by IQ4docs (e.g. number of pages, color, stapling, punching, etc.). Consequently, use one of the following printer drivers to use IQ4docs.

To ensure that print rules and the manual modification of print job properties function correctly, PCL/XL or PCL6 should be used as the description language, see also Possible changes to a print job.

If possible, use the latest versions of the drivers below.

Epson driver

• Epson Universal Printing Driver PCL6

Hewlett Packard driver

• Universal Printer Driver (UPD) PCL6

Kyocera driver

• KX printer driver (use the driver of the largest device in the device fleet, not the universal driver).
• Classic Universal Printer Driver PCL6

Lexmark driver

• Lexmark Universal v2 XL Printer Driver

Toshiba driver

• Toshiba Universal Printer 2 Printer Driver
