Administrators
The administrators that are created in the client management are administrators of the client system, that is, client administrators. These administrators are adopted from the existing installation to which the client management was added (only users with the role System Administrator).

To open the client management, enter http://<hostname>/multitenantadmin in the web browser (where hostname corresponds to the server on which the IQ4docs client management has been installed). If you are not already logged in, log in as an administrator (administrator with password admin by default).

In the menu in the client management, click Administrators.

To create an administrator, click the Create Admin button. You are automatically taken to the detailed view of the administrator.

The detail dialog appears when you create an administrator or when you click the Edit icon in the list view of administrators.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Name | Enter the name of the administrator here. It can be any name, but should be meaningful (e.g. first and last name). |
Login name | This field defines the login of the administrator which is used exclusively for logging in to the client management. |
Password | Set the password here, which is used together with the login to log in to the client management. |
