Reports
Reports can be used to evaluate user operations and the associated costs (e.g., which cost center has which amount in a given period).
Reports can be created in the IQ4docs WebAdmin and called up ad hoc. Using the preview, you get the exact report which corresponds to the settings you made previously. The underlying report generator, Stimulsoft Reports, has a wide range of settings for configuring a report. The documentation of the Stimulsoft report generator is only available in English.
Data Source and Function
The values of the IQ4docs reports are based on accounting data which are calculated in the IQ4docs system by analyzing the print job (see also Page Counting) as well as the price lists and is written to the database. No counter values determined from the device can be used in a report.
Please note that pages and costs are only recorded in the IQ4docs system if the accounting module is present in the workflow (and is also run through).
Protection of personal data
Costs determined in IQ4docs are by default not traceable to individual users. By default, a license option prohibits capturing the user in transactions for account statements or reports. Only the department of the user is entered to enable department-related billing. If you would like user-related billing, you can activate this via a license option (the data are recorded as soon as the license option is imported - retroactive evaluation is not possible). Please contact your IQ4docs contact person for this license option.
