Accounting
With IQ4docs, you have the possibility of allocating costs to users or cost centers. The page numbers determined depend on the device (no device counters are evaluated), see also Page Counting. The prices are taken from Price Lists.
The accounting area comprises everything that has to do with the determination and posting of costs. This includes the creation and assignment of accounts, budgets, limitations, price lists, etc.
Billing to individual user accounts is disabled by default. With the license option Use User Accounts, you can activate billing to user accounts, see also Licensing.
Please note that pages and costs are only recorded in the IQ4docs system if the accounting module is present in the workflow (and is also run through).
